Really happy with the work. I had the old wooden spindles removed and replaced with black metal ones and it completely transformed the staircase. It looks much more modern now. Mark was easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, and did a clean, professional installation. Everything feels sturdy and well finished. I'd absolutely hire him again.
